The DotWorld aerial work vehicle's electrical control system comprises two main parts: the chassis and the rotating platform. The chassis features a 7-inch display, controller, silicone panels, and a remote controller as the interface. The rotating platform includes a controller with incline, stretch, and pressure sensors. These parts communicate via a CAN bus, enabling operations such as engine start/stop, leg deployment/retraction, platform rotation, boom pitch extension/retraction, and work bucket leveling.
The 7-inch display supports 4G and GPS integration for remote vehicle monitoring through DotWorld's cloud system. The controller operates within 8-32VDC, functions in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, and supports up to 16 channels for smooth, safe, and reliable operation.
