The DotWorld drilling rig is a versatile mechanical device for drilling vertical, horizontal, and ventilation shafts, powered by internal combustion engines and electricity. Its advanced electrical control system features a main controller, IO module, 7-inch display, and remote controller, all connected via a CAN bus. These components control operations like movement, positioning, hole guidance, and auxiliary tasks.
The main controller manages hydraulic pressures, position signals, drill head operations, and mechanical arm movements. The IO module controls leg movements, clamps, and alarms, while the display serves as the interface for debugging and fault diagnosis.
